SHIPMENTS & DELIVERIES

General information

The packaging of your order includes a unique gift bag inside which you will find the jewel/jewels in their respective bag.

All our deliveries are prepared at our logistics center in London.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery location and are calculated automatically. Orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 working days. Standard UK shipping orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 and aim to deliver in 1-2 days. Orders that qualify for Free UK Shipping are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class and aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please be aware deliveries can take up to five working days during busy periods and calendar holidays.

It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs are not applied. When these sort of promotion happen they will be clearly indicated on our online store. Remember that if you subscribe to our newsletter you will be able to keep updated on these sort of promotion and know when they are active. 

We do not accept phone orders. Please use our online shop, where you will find the best possible attention and service.

For standard deliveries, we use Royal Mail services.

In the UK, we offer free shipment on all orders over £50. For worldwide orders, we offer free shipment on all orders over £100.

Shipments outside the UK may be liable to customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. * For logistical reasons, deliveries to any island in the world and the following countries are not available: Andorra, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Greenland, French Guayana, Guernsey, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, French Polynesia, Reunion, Russia, Switzerland, Venezuela, Maldives, Lebanon, Oman, Serbia, Jordan, Azerbaijan, India.
